Hi everyone...

I'm 33 weeks pregnant today, and huger than ever. LOL I'm ready for Jesse(it's a boy, if you didn't know, and that's his name) to be out here in the world, but starting to get just a little nervous/anxious about labor and delivery. My doctor wants to induce me at 39 weeks, which is only 6 weeks from now, but I've been fighting that tooth and nail since the beginning - I really would rather not be induced unless there is some medical necessity for induction. However, by 39 weeks, and being that I can't imagine being much bigger or more uncomfortable, I might change my mind. LOL

At our last doctor's visit, Jesse was head down, and turned the right way for delivery already! He was estimated to weigh close to 4 pounds (this was at 31 weeks), and measured a week ahead by his measurements and my fundal height. So, he's a big boy, and everything has been just perfect with him throughout the pregnancy. The only complications have been with my pre-existing heart issues and, of course, my emotional ups and downs.

So, just 6 or so weeks from now, we'll be meeting our little boy! I really don't know how I feel - I am just really overwhelmed at the moment. LOL I can't believe it took us only a couple of tries to conceive, and I can't believe the pregnancy is almost at it's end!! I'm happy, of course! But, we're both kind of in shock at this point that it's finally about to happen - that end that the pregnancy had to be a means to! And, we're in shock at the kindness of many of you guys here and elsewhere on the web (pregnancy forums where I've made friends) - so many people have sent or intend to send gifts and blessing for Jesse, and we are so grateful and humble and thankful for your kindness and generosity! We don't know what to say, except THANK YOU!!
